Look Mom! I’m On The List Of Top Internet Marketing Blogs!

November 20th, 2008 | Posted in Internet Marketing, Local Internet Marketing

A big thanks to Gyutae Park at Winning The Web for adding me to his list of top Internet Marketing blogs. I’m currently ranked 291, but since this is a new blog that’s to be expected. Give it about three months before you judge it please.

I like Gyutae’s list and his ranking criteria. While he doesn’t state explicitly the importance he gives to each criteria he does say this about his ranking system:

The above 10 quality factors are weighted according to their importance and then combined in a way to give each blog a relative score in points (out of 1,000). This comprehensive points system is used to accurately rank each blog on the list.

The 10 criteria he uses to rank the blogs are:

  • Feedburner RSS Subscribers
  • Alexa Rank
  • Compete Rank
  • Technorati Rank
  • Google PageRank
  • Yahoo! Inbound Links
  • StumbleUpon Reviews
  • Delicious Votes
  • Links From Winning The Web
  • User Votes

If you like Taylor’s Internet Marketing Blog then you can help me in Gyutae’s ranking system by doing one or more of the following:

  • Subscribe to the blog by clicking on the Subscribe link at top right side of the blog or click here
  • Fave me at Technorati (Click the button on the bottom right sidebar labeled Technorati Favorites)
  • Link to my blog from yours
  • Use one of my articles at EzineArticles
  • Review my blog on StumbleUpon
  • Save me on Delicious
  • Vote for me at Winning The Web by finding me in the rankings (currently at 291) and clicking the stars next to my listing to give me a vote
